Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day return and refund policy applicable only to damaged or defective items. This means you must submit a return or refund request within 7 days of receiving your item. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
All lighting products are covered by a 1-year warranty for manufacturing or malfunction-related issues.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In the exact condition as received
- Unused and unworn
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@urbanesta.co. If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the item.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
While all products are carefully packed and shipped, damages may occasionally occur during transit. If an item is found to be damaged within 7 days of receipt, please contact support@urbanesta.co. A one-time replacement will be provided, subject to evaluation.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom or made-to-order items (including special or customized orders)
- Items returned due to a change of mind or personal preference toward product quality, product weight and etc
- Self modification on driver, bulb type, bulb temperature
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us prior to purchase.
Exchanges
To receive a different item, we recommend returning the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately to ensure faster processing.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note:
- Refunds are subject to payment gateway processing fees, which will be deducted from the refunded amount
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider
