Disappointed-stay away from this shop!

Bought the horizontal version. Honestly had so much expectation… came with a pretty nice, brass coloured metal plate, NO ROD. However we’re expected to just place the glass shells into the rod, and theres only 0.5-1cm of space left at the edge of the shell, and theres no way of securing the shells to make sure it doesnt fall off. So shells are just hanging by a thread, blowing with the wind and trying not to fall off. So risky and dangerous as its just above our onyx dining table! I also did not receive the asjustable rod. To add to all this, it took you a month to deliver a disappointing chandelier. Horrible!

Regarding the shell glasses, they are designed to be gently suspended as part of the fixture’s aesthetic. When installed correctly, they should remain securely in place under normal use.

This small chandelier was perfect. Fits close to ceiling and produces a beautiful effect on the ceiling.
